Required profile :
Training: BAC to BAC + 2 in the administrative field, (Diploma in secretarial work, administration, or equivalent)
Experience:
Beginner accepted Key Skills: Fast and accurate typing Mastery of office tools (office pack specifically Excel, Word etc.) Organization and management of administrative tasks Ability to work under pressure Written and oral communication Main Responsibilities: Enter data accurately and efficiently. Management of daily administrative tasks: Recording and monitoring of supplier invoices, mail management, creation of customer invoices, responding to telephone calls and emails, etc. Management of daily analysis bulletins: Recording of supplier analysis reports, preparation of PDF correction edition, sending of analysis bulletins)
Working conditions :
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. / 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Salary: Fixed, depending on experience – 21,000 to 23,000 euros Gross/year Advantages: 75% coverage of mutual insurance by the employer, Bonus based on objective Desired
